It is with regret that due to lack of entries the Arena Evening on Sunday 14th April has been cancelled.
All horses and ponies must be vaccinated when attending the show. They must have had at least the first two inoculations as a minimum (if you are starting new), and they must continue to have the yearly boosters. Passports must be shown at the designated desk next to the booking in caravan prior to booking in your classes. You should complete your entry form as normal and present this with your passport at the desk, entry form must match with the name on the passport and the entry form will be stamped to show the booking in team that passport has been shown. Failure to produce a valid passport will mean you will not be allowed to enter and will be requested to leave the showground. Please remember that it is a legal requirement to have your Horse/Pony Passport with you when travelling and attending the show. Signed: The Bolton and District Committee

Tickets sales for the Presentation Close at Midnight on the 8th November, this is too allow us time to prepare and give the numbers to the catering team at the Suite. Looking at the list of champions there are still a number of you who appear not to have purchased tickets. Please get your tickets purchased as soon as possible. You can do this by using the online shop and paying securely via Debit or Credit Card (via Stripe) with transaction charges or by cash from a committee member.
Presentation Tickets are now available for the 2018 Presentation of Class Champions. This years looks to be another great celebration. Trophies are awarded down to 4th place in all classes where a members has competed in the class at a minimum of 4 different shows. This year we are also adding a number of Overall Championships and Special Awards that we have previous not had, these include: Under 10’s Champion In-Hand Champion Ridden Junior Champion Ridden Senior Champion Show Jumping and Working Hunter Champion There are also a number of overall trophies which are presented as Special Awards: “For the love of the pony” – awarded to a Junior member that has shown a special relationship with their pony, regardless of results and success. “Show Jumping Award” – awarded to a member from the Jumping ring, why we will tell you on the night “Dressage Award” – awarded by the Dressage Committee, why we will tell you on the night We will also have the overall Supreme Champion Reserve Supreme Champion both of these are based on the Total Points a member has achieved from All Classes they have competed at least 4 times in. This year these will have Prize Money in the form of a Naylors Gift Certificate. We will also have be having a Raffle and over competitions to win some fabulous prize. If anyone would like to Donate prizes for the Raffle or other competitions please see a Committee Member. Tickets are Adults £20 and Children £12. Tickets include a Food
September Points are now online here All points prior to September are locked as we have previously stated. Please check your placings for September and email any issues to email@example.com before the 12th October. After this date the final Points Champions will be issued for the Presentation. All trophies must be collected by the winner and presentation tickets are available to purchase now, either online via the SHOP on the website or from John or Joanne.
The show on Sunday 23rd September is still on. It is the last in the season. We will still have the championships in Rings 1,3,4,5 & 6 and a Supreme of the Day. Weather forecast is starting to improve but the ground will still be wet so please no cantering around the show ground out of the rings.
