Less than 1 week to get your presentation tickets

Tickets sales for the Presentation Close at Midnight on the 8th November, this is too allow us time to prepare and give the numbers to the catering team at the Suite.

Looking at the list of champions there are still a number of you who appear not to have purchased tickets.  Please get your tickets purchased as soon as possible.  You can do this by using the online shop and paying securely via Debit or Credit Card (via Stripe) with transaction charges or by cash from a committee member.

 

 

Open Championship 10th June – Ring Start Times

Will competitors please note that as per the Open Championship Schedule.

All rings start earlier than the normal points show to allow time for the Concurs D’Elegance and Championships at the end of the day. Classes start at:

Ring 1: 09:30
Ring 2: 11:00
Ring 3: 09:30
Ring 4: 09:30
Ring 5: 10:00
Ring 6: 10:30

Overall Championship Points (updated)

The overall championship points are now final, no changes on points will be accepted (spelling changes will be accepted)

All prize winners must attend the presentation to collect their trophies.

New Perpetual Overall Trophy will be presented this year :

“The Michael Higgens Memorial Trophy”
“For the Love of the Pony”

This will be awarded to a Junior member who the committee feel has tried hard with their pony, has not always been in the ribbons, but has always come out the ring smiling and patting and loving the pony regardless of what happen.

We will also be presenting the following special trophies for Overall Junior and Senior Champions and Reserves for Show and Dressage.

Trophy Return

Can all competitors that won 1st Perpetual Trophy last year please return the trophy as soon as possible so we can get the trophies ready for this years winners.  Trophies can be returned at the final show this month or returned to a committee member (details on website) or Horsebits Ramsbottom

All trophies must be returned by 1st October 2017

Working Hunter Training & Practice Nights

For clarification:

The 17th May, 24th May and 7th June are Working Hunter Training Clinics with Tracey Brookes – Working Hunter Coach and Judge.  You need to book into these in advance.  You cannot just turn up on the night.

The 31st May, 14th, 21st, 28th June, 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th July are all Practice nights, these are like a clear round and open to anyone on the night.
